Ok now im totally 50kilos… :D
Which i had to put on to join the army! It was tough goin from 44kg to 50kg but now i have done it, it took about 4 and a half months to do, i didn’t think i would but i did it by having massive meals, protein shakes and cut down on my workouts :)
The only problem now is i can’t run for shit and i eat ALOT! Also my abs are not to be seen, and there’s a layer of fat on me, the weight i have put on is definitely visible!
On the outer hand i had to put it on because i am 100% going to burn this of during army training when i get in 👊 so hopefully soon ill look really fit again 👍 And i can lift way more and my muscles are bigger 💪
